Landlien not working

My Airtel landline number is not working since 18th sept, complaint as lodged same day. After 8 days line is still not working. The latest reference number is 38094506. Following are the facts of the case:

1) To date no engineer has visited to check.

2) Today after 8 days of daily calls from my side I am told that the internal wiring is faulty and that I will have to get it changed on my own; i am unable to understand such an illogical response, as the wiring was installed by Airtel how am i expected to get it changed and from whom pray should i get it changed from. Eralier this week I was told that the wiring is fine and now the changed statement.

3) If the wiring is faulty how has AIRTEL found this without a visit by an engineer, please shw me my signature on the visit challan. This matter of false reporting by your engineers also I have informed AIRTEL and they have told me that this complaint has been recorded.

4) I have asked for Gurgaon offline site address and number so I can visit and the customer care refused to provide the details saying they dont have it.

5) I am truly unable to understnd the issue with AIRTEL and clearly you all are not interested in retaining cutomers, instead false reports without visits are generated by your ground staff. Thhe only response is request is in process which is a meaningless platitude. Is it such a big tak to get one landlien to work?

6) Frankly seeing the so called 'customer care' response I am not expecting any result oriented response or resolution to this email; this inspite of having three airline landlies, one airtel mobile number and three broadband connections. Clearly AIRTEL has way too many customers to bother with one customer.
