Hi I'm Sainath Chowhan Airtel postpaid Customer (09866664230) since 2006 and I expect the special privilege should be given to the customers.

1.Yesterday (26.09.2010) I have called to 121 regarding billing address correction after a long time I called to customer care & I came to know that subscriber will be charged 50ps for every 3 minutes for interacting with the customer care executive.

2.I asked her why should I pay for it, the service provider has to bear the expenses & it is getting debited to the subscribers of Airtel.

3.she said sir you ca give a complaint by dialing 198.

4.I have dialed 198 & the CCA said i will not take it as a feedback not complaint, I asked then whom should I give the complaint, He said sir u can mail it to 121@airtelindia.com.

5.today morning I got a call from Airtel saying that your request for change of address is done and it will be corrected from your next bill & I asked her (CCA) I had a talk yesterday regarding the complaint to whom should I speak to then she said sir u can dial 198 for any kind of complaints.

So the CCA is misguiding the customer.

Last but not the least Why the Subscriber should pay Rs.50ps for every 3minutes of interaction with the CCA. It is not fair.
