Problem Not Resolve and Engineer behavior are wrong

Dear Sir

I have complaint regarding the Airtel Service, we had launch a complain on monday to airtel customer care,

engineer are came on monday and he see the phone line, and he also dead my second airtel line also.

i think he did not to able this job. and airtel have no any service engineer who resolve the problem.

my phone line are also dead right now, so i am very angry with airtel service,

so plz do something and resolve my problem immediately
