Excess deduction from prepaid account

AIRTEL PREPAID CUSTOMERS BEWARE:- IN SPITE OF THIS COMPLAINT THIS SCAM OF AIRTEL OF EXCESS DEDUCTION IS CONTINUING WITH ALARMING REGULARITY. Subsequent to this complaint

I have lodged three other complaints - one this morning wherein they had deducted Re. 1.00 for a 18 seconds call - AIRTEL IS THE KING OF FRAUDS AND CHEATS!!! BEWARE AND PLEASE CHECK THE BALANCES AFTER EACH AND EVERY CALL. WE HAVE NOW NO CHOICE EXCEPT TO MONITOR AND MAYBE TO DISCONNECT. Can anyone help me to lodge a complaint to TRAI regarding this cheating by Airtel?? I have the necessary emails and their complaint numbers to corroborate my complaints.
