My prepaid card not registerd on my name

I purchased prepaid card from air tel retailer before 20 days (mob number: 7709113286) and it activated also, but due to verification problem my number has deactivated by air tel, i have again submitted same documents at air tel center, Mumbainaka, Nashik as per air tel criteria, but now they r saying that my mobile number is registered with another name, and will not activate again on my name. i have recharged it, i told them give me new Sim card and new number and transfer the balance but they are saying you forget that amount and take new card and number.

this is directly LOOTMAAR of costumers.

i Want to take strictly action again that and hope u will help me.
