Dear Sirs,
THIS IS A SIMILAR COMPLAINT BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN HAVING SIMILAR PROBLEMS REGULARLY AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE BOTHERED ABOUT RECTIFYING THIS PROBLEM. I NOW AM INCLINED TO BELIEVE THAT THIS SCAM IS BEING DELIBERATELY PERPETRATED ON UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS AND IS TANTAMOUNT TO CHEATING AND DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
THIS IS AN ENTIRELY NEW COMPLAINT AND IS IN ADDITION TO ONE I HAD SENT EARLY THIS MORNING TO YESTERDAY'S ROBBERY!!
IT IS SUCH A SHAME THAT A COMPANY OF SUCH REPUTE HAS TO INDULGE IN SUCH LOWLY ACTS AS TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMERS AND CLAIM TO BE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! SHAME ON YOU ALL AND SHAME ON THE COMPANY FOR BETRAYING THE TRUST OF THE LONG STANDING CUSTOMERS. DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE ARE NOT SUFFICIENT WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS UNCOUTH AND LOWLY BEHAVIOUR INDULGED BY YOUR ORGANIZATION.
SHAME ON YOU ALL AND NOW AM TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR ACTION.
WORST UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY.
