Deduction of balance

I activated gprs plan of Rs 5 . after 2 hrs i started surfing. After 6 hrs it stoped working & my balance Rs 46 was deducted. I tried to contact 121 but there were no response. next day i made a complaint airtel reference no.&&&&-cbnra21001042094 1-oct 7:56 am . but till now i did not get my balance plz do something my sim no. is 8991971007150877746 H-1 my email add. is pandey.saumitra@indiatimes.com
