SMS not working

In my phone no. 98675 88239, the SMS is not going from 5th of Oct. complaints have alreay been lodged and also talked with customercare so many times. But No result and they have consumed my time also a lot. It has been tried from other instrument, the SMS is not going and displaying the message "Sending failed". The problem is not in instrument but Airtel service provider
