Unbilled amount

My office aware macs has provided me an airtel connection with mobile number 9000801041. i have a mobile alert service for unbilled amount. The company through the sms informed mr that my unbilled amount on 25/09 was Rs.29.58.The very next day i.e.26/09 the unbilled astronomically shot up to Rs.510.48.hardly made 2 calls on 25/09. I want an explanation as to how the amounty shot up in one day without me making hardly an calls.

When i sought information with airtel the executivescould give any explanation. they said they cannot provided info immedialty. I should look to my bill when it is sent. the service by airtel is deplorable.i want immediate information from the company
