That I am subscriber of Mobile No. 9784732398 since 2007. I have purchased Sim after proper requirements of Photo and indentity card. After mean while sim services blocked by the company due to non availability of indentity. Therefore I again submit the same.

Now said sim services blocked by the company due to non availability of indentity since September.

I humbly request that my Mobile No. 09784732398 services be allowed immediately to avoid unwanted legal action. You will be responsible for all legal expenses.
