Prank calls from Unique numbe

Dear Sir,

For the past on week I used to get prank calls. Daily after 11.40 PM onwards receiving some Prank call from a unique Number " 917871960089". Lots of missed calls and if we tried to attend the call no body is replying.

If we tried to call the number some time its says "You are not allowed to call this number from this mobile". If i tried to call from my mobile it says the number is currently not reachable.

The same problem continues for the past one week. Please take some action so this won't happen again. If you just block the number also it will do.
