Submission of papers

I am having Airtel number 9876618568, 9878360488 since 7 years . i have submitted my documents 3 - 4 times already. why i am being harassed by calls and sms to submit the papers again and again. It is not my fault why dont you guys keep electronic record. I am also working in telecom company and there is nothing like that. 9876618568 was converted from postpaid which is only issued after proper verification so even after your executives visit how can doubt my identity.
