Sim is blocked after 15 days without any valid reason

I purchased two sim of airtel in first week of october and both are blocked without any reason.then i asked for it for the retailer he say submit the documents again.i submitted all the required documents again at airtel office kormangala, 4th block.he says that mob no will be activated within 2-3 working days and it is still not activated after 1 week, when i asked to customer care they say mobile no is cancelled because the retailer did't submit the documents.now i want to cancel the dealership of retailer or to give me my money back which i have recharched.my blocked sim no's are-7259280570, 7259280574
