Retailers selling vouchers more than MRP

Many retail shops in nagpur are selling airtel recharge vouchers for more cost than the mrp.

example -

mrp 10 rs airtel voucher = 11 rs

mrp 30 rs airtel voucher = 32 rs

mrp 67 sms recharge pack = 70 rs..

please do something about this..

this isnt only the case with airtel..

the retailers are selling the vouchers for other telecom companies too..

i am aware of many shops..

example: the grocery shops at pagalkhana square at chaoni sell vouchers for more the mrp..

please help.
