Outgoing barred

I am having Airtel prepaid number 9766569452 for the past two and a half years. I had submitted all proper documents at that time. I even got a call after few days to confirm about my documents. Today they have barred all outgoing calls without my knowledge and without any intimation. Kindly restore outgoing call facility.
