Wrong Charges

I have a Post Paid Mobile Connection No. 8146022800 under SBI Scheme. GPRS charges are levied without usage of it and I have received a bill reflected with an amount of Rs. 98 (Rs. Ninety Eight Only) against GPRS Usage. Please deactivate the service of GPRS (If Activated) and Waive Off the charges to let me continue with the said connection.
