I was talking on 198 and registering a complaint that your website doesn't help how to subscribe Airtel Freedom plan... the executive argued and said that this is not a complaint... then he tried to teach me that I should go to dealer for this... if that is the case why can't I do it online... suddenly the call disconnected and then never got connected ever... i tried to find out grievance redressal form or contact person on this issue but can't find any... airtel claims themselves biggest service provider but customer service was, is and will always remain pathetic
