Unnecessary calls and sms

Hi!

I am getting unnecessary recorded messages/ calls on my Airtel number and also unncessary sms from from 54321, 543212 regarding Some Hollywood Hits, Baba Ramdev messages at odd times... When i call the helpdesk i am told that these messges are active... who does the activation??? the co needs to lookinto the matter... Why are such messages and calls coming when i donot want the same... Everymonth i get these calls/mgs and then everytime i speak to the customer service and deactivate the same... My balance gets reduced for all these.

CAN THE AIRTEL GUYS PLS ENSURE THAT I DONOT GET THESE MESSAGES AND CALLS ELSE I WILL HAVE TO ESCALTE THE MATTER.
