Ejecting of my sim

Sir i would like you to know that due to network failure i remove my airtel sim card from my phone and after some months back i inserted the sim card and rejected sim is displayed on my phone screen.my airtel sim no. is 9612462500.please help me if there is any possibility of using the sim card.i shall be greatful for your help.thanking you.
