Getting msg from Unknown numbe

I m Rajesh from Orissa and Working in Bangalore, My sister-in-law is getting so many abusing messages and missed call from 9937492631. When ever I m trying to talk with that guy he is not picking the phone. so pls give me detail of this telephone number i want to take legal proccedure against this number. thanx reply
