Iam using airtel No 8084501030. airtel customer care for the last two days since I am getting messages that Rs. 99/- have been deducted every instance because i have supposedly downloaded games from airtel live service which i do not access or use at all. Upon repeatedly calling the customer service center there is no respond. 26.11.2010 again Rs. 20 has been deducted from my prepaid account. I activated Airtel GPRS 98 pack with 2 GB free download. So, please solve my problem and returned my unused balance from your end and give faith for further unwanted deduction.
