Alance deducted without reason

Hello,

This complaint is for Airtel Mobile service.

My Airtel number is 9970 408215. I have been using airtel prepaid for last 3 years.

Although it is not first time when i am facing this problem. I was charged rs 250 with out any reason on 28 NOV at around 1700 hrs

I received three messages stating that i have downloaded few games and movies (we are a family) and my total 250 ruppees has been deducted.

I want to tell you that i have not downloaded any games or movies. Why my balance is deducted. I am using simple Nokia express music in which i can not watch movies.

Why i will going to download movies. These kind of activities are ridiculous and a cheap way of making money.

Please refund my money back else i am going to switch my connection to other telecom service through mobile number portability.
