Unwanted sms & deduction of prepaid balances

Inspite of repeated reminders still recv bogus sms and prepaid balance is reduced, call droping problem for the last 2 yrs nothing happned till date inspite of many assurances, to make a 1 min call nedd to spend more than 2 min and call min 3 times, my entire family used to spend 3.5 k per month with 3 connections, to make complains also i am spending money sicence c care call is chargable, this sms cheating is making life miserable, pl think that this type of jabardasti sms is creating lakhs of rupees for the co for nothing, and there might be several lakhs of customer who do not even check the balance properly,

will somone put an end to this? yes i am talking about AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION
