ON 25TH OF NOVEMBER A MSG SENT TO ME BY AIRTEL CO. THAT RECHARGE WITH RS.111 N U'LL GET 111 RS WITH 30DAYS VALIDTY,

N THE SAME DAY I RECHARGED MY NUMBER N I GO ONLY 10 DAYS VALIDITY.

& WEN I CALLED FOR COMPLAINTS CUSTOMER EXECUTIVES SAYS WE R SENDING UR COMPLAINT TO OUR SENIORS.

AFTER SAME 4 CALLS I TOLD THEM I WANNA TALK TO UR SENIORS N THEN THEY PUT MY CALL ON HOLD FO 20 MINUTES . WHAT THE HELL IS GOOING ON?

WHY U R NOT RESPONDING PROPERLY TO UR CUSTOMERS I INCREASE VALIDITY OF MY NUMBER FOR 20 DAYS,

OTHERWISE I'LL GO TO CUNSUMER COURT...
