Disconnection of the broadband

Dear all,

I have a grievance from airtel company. I have been using their broadband services from last 3 years. However it has been observed that they has disconnected my broad band with out any intimation and when i have called them and asked for the reason then it was informed that your connection has been disconnected for some operational issues. You cannot use the services. I have been paying the bills regularly and there has never been any default but due to unknown reasons and awkwardly if my connection is being disconnected then the services are not worth using for. Further, the site of the company do not have any grievance redressal cell.
