Network problem

Dear sir/madam,

i am using airtel service for my mobile communication. i am staying in Wakad area in Pune city.

my address is Mont Vert Tropez, Wakad Chinchwad Link Road, Wakad, Pune, Maharastra-411057.

i just want to specify that there is a network problem in my area. that's why i am not able to communicate to someone, properly.
