Sim Not Activated Yet

Sir, this is to inform you that, i had got my new prepaid sim of airtel on 18 November and it was stolen on 9 December. Later i had asked in airtel office to transfer my old number to a new SIM and i was said that the sim will be activated within an hour. But its been a day, i have awaited my sim to get activated and still my cell phone displays INACTIVATED SIM.

So its my kind request to activate my sim.
