I applied for a airtel prepaid connection and got the connection. After one month of usage i got informed that my no is blocked for address verification purpose.

I tried to get it done by resending the address details to the dealer from where i took the connection,

But i get the reply from the customer care that it cannot be activated again .and i lost my 500 Rs balance at that time.

Please have some verification
