Unnecessary charging

For the last two months or so, airtel is seen charging more from my pre paid connection. they are not charging 1p/sec; but more. on two occasions, i found my account got debited for incoming calls as well! today i made a call of duration 9 minutes 15 seconds. it should have been charged r 5.55/- but instead r6.40 or so was charged. its very difficult to call customer care as well coz' they would charge for those calls!

Hope the airtel people will see this and look into this. If they don't, its time to move on to another provider as MNP is round the corner.
