Regarding unnecessary balance deduction

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is my number, 9794650555. On December 15th at 5:44 pm, Rs. 99 were deducted from my account balance and I received a message from the company.

"Thanks for downloading CricketChampionsTrophy from Airtel. You have been charged Rs. 99. Join games club at http://gclub.in."

But actually, I hadn't downloaded any game from any website. On contacting the customer care, I didn't get any satisfactory answers from their side, they are not even trying to understand the problem. This is not the first time that I am facing such a problem with Airtel. This is becoming a frequent problem that I am facing with my Airtel number. I would be very grateful to you if you help me out with this problem.
