Committing for balance if re submitting the documents for the same old connection

I have received a message from Airtel Customer service stating that if I re submit my documents in the Airtel Store for my prepaid sim for the number 91 97489 36744, then I’ll receive talk time worth Rs. 110. Even when I submitted the documents the airtel store's Manager at Salt Lake City Centre's Office told me that it will be given to me shortly. After few days when I called up airtel customer service on they again told me that we have processed your request it will be given to you soon. But after roughly two months when I again called up the customer service on 16/12 Thursday in between 9.10Am To 9.30Am the hanged up the phone on my face twice since they didn't had any answer.
