Balance debited without any conformation

Dear sir,

My self I am Mr. Dharmveer singh working as a assitant (account and Cash) in State bank of India in Sarsa (Dist: Anand, Gujarat) branch. My cell no is 9974806624 with Airtel services provider in the field of Telecommunication. I am suufferd with unnacessary balance debited in my account without any usage and any conformation. This is continue with almost six months due to above reasion I do not recharge my cell phone with the services. I have make an complain in the customer care services in Airtel so many times but result is zero. I didn't recevied any reply from the service provider regarding this concern.

Now I have lost approx more than 1000 Rs.talk time during these six months. I want justification regarding this chepter and your help to give me justic as per the law.
