I have been using an airtel prepaid connection since last 4 years, after submitting the valid documents, photos and form. I have been receiving SMS from Airtel to resubmitt the Id proof and proof of address again since 3 or 4 months. though I have resubmitted the same three times and again in Airtel Customer Care Seivice Centre yet my connection is barred from outgoing and incoming since last 7 days. Again I contacted to customer service but they could not resolve the problem. I also tried to contact the nodal officer but the phone was not received (20.12.10).

Please resume the service immediately
