Request No : 41053996 CUSTOMER IS IGNORED WHEN RAISING QUERIES

Have raised a request on 19 - Dec with the above reference number from my landline 044 - 43562421. The request was to repair my broadband connection and landline connetion which was not working/ often gets disconnected or goes dead. But when I received the confirmation SMS I noticed that the request was raised for the landline no 044-42874165 which is no way related to me. This is because there were two LL nos worngly updated in the profile. I have already raised several complaints to update only the correct number in my profile. But there was no response from Airtel.

Also I was told that the turnaround time to resolve the baove mentioned request no : 41053996 was before 20th - Dec. (You may check as the call was recorded) whereas i did not get any response from AIRTEL till date. This broadband issue being a continuous issue for me. Eventhough it was not working i am getting the bill. For this month I would require a waiver for 15 days in my bill as the connection was not working for more than 15 days.

WHY this sort of negligence in attending customer queries. When the bill payment delayed by one day we are receiving nearly 10 calls for payment confirmation. Whereas the CUSTOMER IS IGNORED WHEN RAISING QUERIES.
