Dedicated Balance

I had recharge 1000 Rupees on my prepaid mobile connection. It is not reflecting on my regular account. I called the airtel support they said it is dedicated balance we need to check on someother number, Hell, i never opted for this dedicated balance stuff. When i called them again and they conveyed it's your mistake and it's not our problem.

Please look into this Dedicated balance stuff.
