Enabling GPRS service without request

Recently, Airtel delivered the Mobile Office GPRS service without my request. When I called and asked them they said, they are unsure. They promised me call back in 24 hours which they didn't. Since I spoke to customer care service they charged the call at 50p/min to me. That is what the result.

If you accidently used the service you would end up paying min Rs 140. They are cheating customer very badly. Making them using some service which they don't asked for.
