Dear sir/mam

My Self Kranti Kumar Sharma, and I am regular customer of airtel,

My Airtel prepaid number 9755698667 using with new Nokia E63 handset.

Airtel network from past 20 days is not working in our town (Indoor--Outdoor).

All airtel customer are facing of this problem in our Town- "Parpodi".

I complained to Airtel customer care number 121 and registered the

complaint but

they are failed to have any reasonable refutation so far.

Airtel's communication system fully failed therefor people are very

disappointed of our city.

they are using another company's (Idea, Vodafone, BSNL) SIM.

Kindly consider my request and do the needful as early as possible.
