No reply from Airtel when asked for clarification

Hi Team,

I recently raised a complain with you regarding my balance of 117 getting deducted from my prepaid connection from airtel service provider with mobile number 9740434468. I got a call from Airtel corporates service . when i asked for clarification regarding deduction of amount. they said they will revert to me . but it been 15 days they didnot even call me. Could you please take action against them as they are just deduction amount from my prepaid connection without any . reason.
