Debit for championship Cricket & deactivation

Airtel has -Charge twice for Championship Cricket twice (Rs5 50 30) for single service.

I also requested the service provider to deactivate it but service provider saying it will take time. The requiest no 51230281338, may be I am not sure.

My request is please take single charge for same service and deactivate today.
