Unnecessary balance reduction

Hello si/mam,

I would like to inform you that i am using airtel mobile service.

I am used to use GPRS service on my mobile handset (919998890990). On 23/10 i had started a service names "MOBILE OFFICE" in which i have to pay 5 rupee and i can use 50Mb data. Though i have started this service, company charged 50.56 rupee from my account.

I had contacted airtel care for this problem, but i did not get any solution. They had told me that they will call me in 4 hours but they didnt call even after one week.

So i request you to understand and solve my problem.
