Deduction of Rs. 48 without any reason

Honorable Sir,

I am using Airtel prepaid connection from last four days. Yesterday night (02/01) my prepaid balance was Rs. 48.00 but when i check it in the Monday morning on 3/1/10, it was Rs 0.05. Than i recharged my mobile with Rs. 50.00. I was trying a lot to contact costumer care no. but no body was responding. I just want to know that why they guys have deducted my Rs. 48.00 that too with out any reason.

Please do the needful.
