Fake call from Pakistan 92

Got a fake call from pakistan 923472334980 stating that I have won some airtel lottery worth 25 lacs and need to call some other person to cash the amount.

I called up the airtel customer care and asked him to log a complaint against the same and provide me with a complaint number. After putting me on hold for about 3 mins the guy told me its a fake call and not to respond to such calls with your bank account number or passwords.

i insisted on the complaint number but he refused and said there was no process for logging such complaints.

Would request airtel to please start a board/ process for this or some awareness program; so that people are well aware of what can be happening here.
