Bill Dispute - Extra Internet charges

I incurred a bill of about Rs. 10, 000 in the month of Sep 2010 from Airtel where thy levied illegitimate internet charges of Rs. 7000 on my account. Despite repetitve complains, they have not reversed the amount and are harassing me by calling innumerable times. I had this connection for over 4 years and my bill has never crossed Rs. 3000 (even while I was on roaming). My total bill was Rs. 3000 odd after the deduction of Internet charges levied. Also, Airtel's unlimited internet plan is available for Rs. 1000. The customer service did not identify the high bill nor did they recommend me to move to this plan. Kindly assist for Airtel is continuously harassing me. Thank you.
