Fraud mobile bill of Dec10 for mobile no. 9910803070 (Call me at 9650312178)

Dear Sir,

My name is "Akashdeep Singh". I am a user of Airtel mobile no. 9910803070 since last six years. I always pay my bills on time and due to my punctual payments i never levied any late payment charges on my no.

In my dec10 bill Airtel have sent me a bill of Rs. 6000/- approx. They have charged Rs. 4800/- for ISD calls.

Here let me tell u that my mobile bill is never gone up from Rs.350 to Rs.400/-.I called their customer care several times and even mark them so many mails, they pressurising me to pay the bill. I never used any international calling services. I have told Airtel to show me any recording of those calls but they simply denied it. I requested them to prove to call any of those numbers as shown in their billing format but they denied it.

In their bill they have shown international calls with out double zero or short code before the number. Airtel is failed to prove me both things.

I even alerted Airtel well before 25 days about the misusage on my number but they did not took or bother to take any action on my proactiveness. Now they treats me a culprit and want me to pay for the services which i never used.

I need your intervention to help me as i they will start threatening me for payments. Please help me. Please help me.
