Respecter Sir/ Ma'am

I would like to launch a complaint against airtel for charging money for a service which i didnot ask for. This is 3rd or fourth time they are doing so. Every time airtel activate some service and deduct money from my account and when i complain about this they refund the money and if i don notice it for 3 or 4 days they sart continuing the this. This time airtel started a service of job alert on my mobile on Dec 22, i noticed it today, Jan 6, i contacted costumer care and got the reply by Mr. Avinash, Sr. Executive that he can provide me only 3 days charges. I request you to look into this matter.
