Respecter Sir/ Ma'am

I would like to launch a complaint against airtel for charging money for a service which I did not ask for. Airtel started a service of Tarot Card on my mobile in the month of December, but I noticed it today, Jan 6, I am unable to contact customer care executive as my balance is -25. Before deducting my balance was Rs. 30. I request you to look into this matter. My mobile number is 9163482495. It is a Kolkata sim.
