Number is not working

My self Amit Chhabra, I had a given a request regarding prepaid to postpaid number of Airtel company i.e. 9876088035 in Airtel fazilka office i.e. Ashu Telecom. He assured me that my number will be converted from Prepaid to postpaid with in 3 days. but 20 days have been passed my number is not working yet. my prepaid number was closed on Dec. 21 and today is Dec. 9 yet it is not working. Daily i go to showroom but always they say to me that today it will start working. I m a govt. employ i.e. doing job as a teacher. I suffered a lot because my all near & dears are not able to keep in touch with me. Please do some thing in favour of me and start my number ASAP. I shall be very thankful to you.
