No one is taking phone on customer care

I am Praveen Kumar, mobile no. : 7895661675. I am trying customer care since last night almost continuosly by dialing 121 no and further to customer representative assistance. Everytime either phone get disconnected or i get to listen my call cant be made. And they say its a 24 hr and one of the best service in India.
