Deducting balance

Earlier Rs.3 were deducted twice from my account for some bolly subscription pack and now rs.10 have been deducted for some cricket subscription pack.

these all balances are deducted from my accout without my permission and by the company itself.

The company activates the services on their own and deducts the amount.

i am really fed up with this company.
