Charged Rs. 99/- for some appliaction

Hi,

I haven't downloaded the application ChampionshipCricket but i have received a message thet u have downloaded so and so application

and Rs.99/- have been deducted from my balance. This is totally uncalled for.

From the past 15 days i have been facing one or the other problem from airtel which i have been using from 2 years.

This leaves me pretty dissatisfied with how we customers are facing problems.

I had downloaded snaptu application today which is free of cost. Nothing else.

I give you the details of messages i got.

I got a message from AD-54321 saying i downloaded ChampionshipCricket app and 99/- has been charged

Another message that followed was I joined some tadkalive and after five days 20 rs wil be cut from my account.

I expect a quick response from you guys, there was a problem few days before with my data pack also which took ages to get resolved.
